19th Century German Harvest Chore Coat
This chore jacket is made from two German linen grain harvesting sacks. Hand woven twill weave. One bag is from 1864 and the other from 1894. These sacks often have branding stamps so that they could be returned to the rightful owner after the grain was milled.
Vintage-inspired fit.
Slightly tapered waist.
Pointed collar. Five coat buttons.
Two waist patch pockets and two asymmetrical chest pockets.
Long sleeves with buttoned cuffs.
Subtle cutaway front hem.
Made in California.
Dry clean only.Size Medium 28" front body length, a 27" back body length, a 19.25 shoulder, a 46" chest, and a 34.75" sleeve length.
