This trouser was made from a 1970's deadstock wool. Cream is contrasted by shades of tiffany blue plaid cross stripes. 5 pockets are lined with a vintage look searsucker hawaiian print.
As the 1970's hit, the hippie look trailed in from the 60's, but fell out of fashion quickly, leading into more tailored business styles. Men's suits, for example, took on a European flair with straighter legs an slimmer cuts. Although, fashion called for more informal styles, allowing men to pull off the cross between business and casual.
