Circa 1900 hand woven hemp and wool blanket from Europe. Woven by hand in the Carpathian Mountain Region of Europe. This blanket was constructed by first hand weaving the 2 lengths, which were then hand stitched together in a very primitive hand stitched seam down the middle. The ends are hand stitched with a hem.
